I'm Nicole, and I've been helping people transform their homes for over twenty years. Balance Property is my consultancy — small, personal, and built on the relationships I've made along the way.
My clients tend to be people who've worked hard for what they have and aren't looking to be impressed by big design names. They want a beautiful home that works for the way they actually live, and they want someone in their corner who'll spend their money thoughtfully. That's what I do.
The Whole Picture
I sit between architects, builders, designers and trades, and I hold the whole picture — cost, design, practicality, and how a home will actually feel to live in once the dust has settled. My job is to know what's worth spending on, what isn't, and what you'll never even notice once you've moved in. Often, the most valuable advice I give is what not to do.
I'm hands-on through every stage, from the first walk-around of a property you're thinking of buying to the final fit-out. I'll tell you what I think, even when it's not what you were hoping to hear, and I'll save you money where I can — generally far more than my fee.
